The reputation of lawyers is rapidly worsening. So says an American Bar Association Survey, which found that the percentage of Americans who report having little or no respect for lawyers nearly doubled from 1988 to 1996, with 44 percent holding that opinion today as opposed to just 25 percent in 1988. The Time-Picayune It is evident that many judges are being driven by politics. Too many, appointed virtually for life on the bench seem more focused on pleasing their political benefactors than fulfilling
their duty to uphold the Constitution and to protect the rights of the American people. With the Judicial System embroiled in political rulings that don't square with the explicit meaning of the U.S. Constitution, there is
