WHEREAS, The justice system in the state of Louisiana, deprive citizens of their civil, legal and constitutional rights, deny due process and the fair administration of justice, and victimize minority and under privileged individuals; and,

WHEREAS, some officers of the judicial systems have conspired and caused a severe and chronic obstruction of justice; and,

WHEREAS, these actions are victimizing and destroying minority individuals and are betraying the public trust; and,

WHEREAS, we desire to take positive and corrective actions to address violations in the judicial system; and,

WHEREAS, a gross miscarriage of justice has resulted from the aforesaid actions, violating the civil and legal rights of hundreds of minority citizens of the State.

WHEREAS, these judicial systems are controlled by a select few influential and prominent officers of the court who, by the use of deceit, perjury, intimidation and misstated facts, are capable of unduly influencing the actions of other officers of the court from the district courts all the way to the appellate courts; and,

WHEREAS, conspiracy , unethical, and illegal behavior have brought into question the very integrity of the judicial system; and,

WHEREAS, these abuses occur in cases ranging from fraudulent banking and debts collections to fraudulent estate administration ; and all aspects of the legal system, by misrepresenting poor and under privileges individual; and,

WHEREAS, the corruption which exist in these courts so far reaching as to effect the lives of thousand minority and low income of citizens without due process of law; and,

WHEREAS, the only recourse is through the very system that perpetrates the fraud and is victimizing the very people it is sworn to protect; All of the above is committed under color of law; and,

WHEREAS, as the defenders of justice and the constitutional rights of the poor and underprivileged is punished and penalized for their efforts to correct this injustice.

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Citizens Against Legal Abuse does hereby submit this report for immediate action; and, commit itself and all of its resources solely for this purpose.

We further request that all citizens from the underprivileged to the influential and the champions of the civil rights and justice, join with us in investigating and identifying these acts, and declaring our abhorrence for this systematic, unjust action which is being taken by judicial official under color of state law, to protect these violators of the poor, oppressed as well as the public trust.

         We have been told by some members of the legal community and elected officials that if a Judgment is an Absolute Lie, contrary to all documents, evidence and testimony, even the law when the Courts are being deliberately deceived and all Court Officials and Officers knowing it to be absolutely untrue.

"THE UNWAIVING DUTY TO BE TRUTHFUL IS COMPLETELY IGNORED AND COMPLETELY ACCEPTED.''

           Once the Judge has spoken although the evidence and testimony is false and clearly wrong, THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT. Attorneys and Officials for whatever reason refuse to CORRECT THIS INJUSTICE.

            The Public needs to know that their lives can be financially, professionally and economically destroyed when the PROTECTORS of our Constitution and Civil Rights violates our sacred trust by deliberately lying and falsifying the record without accountability,

            WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT AND HELP TO CORRECT AND EXPOSE THIS INJUSTICE. PLEASE HELP US TO HELP THOSE WHO CANNOT HELP THEMSELVES.
