being driven by politics. Too many, appointed virtually for life on the bench seem more focused on pleasing their political benefactors than fulfilling their duty to uphold the Constitution and to protect the rights of the
American people. With the Judicial System embroiled in politics rulings that do not square with the explicit meaning of the U.S. Constitution.
